Do I need to write code?

No. For n8n and Make, the dashboard builds the ready-made step — copy, paste, done. If you do write code, it’s a single HTTP request.

Does it work with paper forms?

Yes. Scan the blank form once as a template. From then on, FormFill fills every scan of that form automatically.

Which PDF forms are supported?

Digital PDF forms with fillable fields, scanned paper forms and most government forms. The few forms FormFill can’t fill reliably (dynamic XFA) are rejected with a clear error instead of being filled wrong.

Where does my data go?

To our servers in Germany. No third-party AI services, no training on your data. Documents and filled values are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest. Details in our privacy policy.

Which tools does FormFill work with?

n8n and Make by copy and paste, straight from the dashboard. Zapier and everything else through the REST API.

What counts as a document?

Every successfully processed document. Failed runs are free. Cancel monthly; the free plan needs no credit card.
